PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(B4096 Hewell Lane, Tardebigge)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of B4096 Hewell Lane, Tardebigge from its junction with U22402 Hollowtree Lane to its junction with C2001 Stoney Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4096 Hewell Lane, Tardebigge, B4184 Brockhill Drive, B4184 Bromsgrove Highway, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, A38 Birmingham Road, A38 Lickey End Roundabout, B4096 Alcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 3 days
Commencing: 2 May 2018.
(U20216 Hockley Brook Lane, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of U20216 Hockley Brook Lane, Belbroughton from its junction with the link roads U20217 and U20216 Hockley Brook Lane for a distance of 407 metres in a south easterly direction in order to facilitate water connection works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U20216 Hockley Brook Lane, C2062 Dordale Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 3 days
Commencing: 16 May 2018.
(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Wedgberrow Close and Fabricius Avenue, Droitwich]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths and sides of roads in Droitwich:-
Wedgberrow Close (both sides) from its junction with Fabricius Avenue for a distance of 16 metres in a north easterly direction. Fabricius Avenue (east side) from a point 8 metres north west of its junction with Wedgberrow Close to a point 10 metres south of that junction; (west side) from a point 8 metres north west of its junction with Wedgberrow Close for a distance of 7 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, WR9 8DQ and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Residents and Visitor Permit Holders Only Parking on Westbourne Terrace, Sanders Road, Bromsgrove]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose resident and visitor permit holders only parking on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove:- Sanders Road (south west side) from a point 18.7 metres north west of its junction with B4091 Worcester Road for a distance of 39 metres in a north westerly The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths of road in Bromsgrove: Birmingham Road (east side) from a point 143 metres south of its junction with Blackmore Lane for a distance of 41 metres. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Revocation of Limited Waiting on Hewell Road, Barnt Green] On 12 April 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke limited waiting 2 hours no return within 4 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm on the following length and side of road in Barnt Green:- Hewell Road (west side) from a point 44 metres north of its junction with Station Approach for a distance of 29 metres in a northerly direction. *NB The purpose of the Order is to regularise the markings on the ground. The prohibition to be removed as described above is contained within existing Orders, but is not marked on the ground. There will be no change in the restrictions currently marked on the ground. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 3 May 2018. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
