HYSBYSIR trwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn i wneud Gorchymyn, a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerddwyr, beicwyr a cheffylau rhag mynd ar hyd : Cilffordd cyfyngedig 152,154,156,158 a 160 yng Nghymuned Bedwas am eu cyfanrwydd Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig ddechrau
ar 14eg Mai 2018 am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na
chwe mis.

Restricted By Ways 152,154,156,158 & 160 in the Community of Bedwas Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Cyclists & Horses Order 2018

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians, cyclists and horses from proceeding along Restricted By Ways 152, 154, 156, 157, 158 & 160 in the Community of Bedwas for their entireties

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 14th May 2018 for a period not exceeding six months it is anticipated that works will be completed by 29th June 2018
No alternative route for pedestrians will be available via the adjacent footpaths
The reason for making the Order is for CNE RTN Limited to allow widening and upgrading works to the access track to accommodate wind turbine development at Tyle Crwth .
The order is required by CNE RTN Ltd.
