Notice is hereby given of amendment of the Piddle Valley, Morden and East Creech Conservation Areas in Purbeck District, Dorset,P in accordance with Section 70 (8) of the Planning(Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and following resolutions to adopt the changes at the 16th January and 20th February 2018 meetings of Purbeck District Council.
Piddle Valley Conservation Area is modified by removal of all land and buildings to the east of  Yearling's Drove; the watercress farm and adjacent land; paddock adjacent to Moor Lane House; and fields to the south of property boundaries along Southover Road. The garden curtilage of North Barn is added.
Morden Conservation Area is modified by removal of woodland and open land north of Whitefield Wood and east of Cold Barrow; land immediately southeast of Brickfield Farm; land west of No. 149 Whitefield; land to the north of West Morden, Morden and road linking them. The Bungalow, Quarr Hill, is added.
East Creech Conservation Area is modified by removal of scrub woodland covering Greenspecks pit; land and buildings north of Rockley and northeast of East Creech Farm; part of East Creech Farm caravan site; land to the south of Creech Wood, Chaldecot's Wood and Furlong's Coppice; and part of Cotness Wood. Two fields and woodland on the west side of Creech Barrow Hill, bounded to their west by the road to between Creech and East Creech are added.
