Notice is hereby given that on the 6th April 2018 Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC applied to Bexley Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC, Ocado, Church Manor Way, Erith DA8 1DE. The proposed licensable activityis the sale by retail of alcohol twenty four hours a day seven days a week from a distribution centre in relation to on-line shopping. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writingby:- Bexley Council, Licensing Partnership, PO Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1GP (Telephone 01732 227004) no later than the 4th May 2018 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bexley Council and the record of the application may be inspected atthe address given above between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
