Pursuant to the Trustee Act l 925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of  Home of  Compassion, 58 High Street, Thames Ditton, Surrey KT7 0TT (formerly of Galsworthy House, Kingston Hill, Kingston on Thames KT2 7LX; previously of 45 Nelson Road, New Malden, Surrey KT3 5EB), who died on 29/01/2018,are required to send written particulars thereof  to the undersigned on or before 14/06/2018, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
