ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO NOS. 1 AND 2 NORTH LODGE COTTAGES THE RIDGEWAY EN6 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable the duty imposed by section 89(1 )(a) and (2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (litter clearing and cleaning) to be discharged, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Access Road Leading to Nos. 1 and 2 North Lodge Cottages, The Ridgeway EN6) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2018 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from entering or proceeding on the access road leading to Nos. 1 and 2 North Lodge Cottages, The Ridgeway EN6, in the London Borough of Enfield as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibition will come into operation on 16 April 2018 and will continue in force until 16 August 2019.
