The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are the provision of alcohol: Wednesday: 20:00 - 03:00 Thursday: 20:00 - 03:00 Friday: 17:00-05:00 Saturday: 12:00-05:00 Bank Holiday Sunday's: 20:00 - 05:00
The Variations Applied for are: Extension of alcohol license and extension of playing recorded music to 05:00am on Fridays, Saturdays, and Bank Holiday Sundays. Last entry to the premises will be 04:15AM on the above days only
Last alcohol sale will be at 04:30AM Premises will be clear of all customers by 05:00AM
Remove the requirement for a personal licence holder to be on the premises from 9pm until close on trading days. SIA Door Supervisors will be on duty at the premises from 10pm until close every Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Bank holiday weekends. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council
Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 23/03/2018. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 20/04/2018 and all representations must be made in writing.
