NOTICE of APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Section 17 Licensing Act 2003

Mr Baris Aksoy has applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Croxley Express BBQ, 202A Watford Road, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, WD3 3DD. If granted it will allow the following activities: Premises to remain open till 01.00 am on Friday & Saturdays.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
