Pursuant to s27 of the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Kenneth Juster Howes late of Moreton Hill Farm Care Centre, Horsemarling Lane, Standish, Stonehouse GL10 3BZ and formerly of Farundell, Sheepscombe, Stroud GL6 7RH who died on 8 May 2016 and whose will appointed George William Angelo Winspur of 2 Catherine Street, Rochester, Kent ME1 2HJ to be the executor thereof is required to send written particulars of their claim to the executor by 13 June 2018 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which the executor has then had notice.
