Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Sytchampton Lane, Ombersley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Sytchampton Lane, Ombersley from its junction with A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak to its junction with C2152 Lineholt Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, C2141 Owlhill Lane, C2152 Lineholt Lane, C2152 Woodfield Lane, clockwise diversion only.
Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 3 days
Commencing: 7 May 2018.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Billesley Lane, Portway)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Billesley Lane, Portway from its junction with A435 Alcester Road to its junction with C2044 Lilley Green Road in order to facilitate edgingworks on carriagewaybyWCC.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken.
Alternative route: C2044 Lilley Green Road, C2042 Watery Lane, A435 Alcester Road, C2292 Penn Lane, C2292 Alcester Road, A435 Alcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 6 days (within a two week period)
Commencing: 7 May 2018.

(A38 Wychbold) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2010 (Revocation) and The Trunk Road (A38) (Worcester Road, Wychbold) (50 mph Speed Limit) Order 1989 (Revocation) and (A38 Worcester Road, Wychbold) (50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 On 29 March 2018

Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the 40mph speed limit to 30mph on the following lengths and sides of roads in Wychbold:-A38 Worcester Road from a point 360 metres south west of its junction with C2985 Crown Lane for a distance of 575 metres in a north easterly direction. Reduce the extent of the 50mph speed limit on the following length ofroad in Wychbold:-A38 Worcester Road from apoint 75 metres northeast of its junction with Mill Lane in a north easterly direction to the northern arm of Webbs Traffic Island. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will comence operation on 19April 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, Worcs., WR9 8DQ, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise ofthem may be questioned by application to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on New Chawson Lane, Colford Close, Oakleigh Road and BarnsCroft Way, Droitwich]
On 29 March 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will prohibit waiting at anytimeon the following lengths and sides of roads in Droitwich:
New Chawson Lane (north west side) from a point 10metressouth ofitsjunction with Barn CroftWayfor a distance of 53 metres in a north easterly direction; from its junction with Oakleigh Road for adistance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction and 10 metres in a south westerly direction; (south east side) from its junction with Barns Croft Way for a distance of 10metres in asouth westerlydirection and 57 metres in a north easterly direction; from its junction with Colford Close for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction and 10 metres in a south westerly direction. Colford Close(both sides)from itsjunction with NewChawson Lane for adistance of10metresin asouth easterly direction. Oakleigh Road(both sides) from its junction with New Chawson Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction. Barns Croft Way (both sides) from its junction with New Chawson Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcementofcontraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will comence operation on 19April 2018.
