HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei holl bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a'i holl bwerau galluogi eraill ac ar 6l ymgynghori gyda Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu wedi gwneud y Gorchmyn uchod a fydd a'r effaith o:

- ymestyn gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg o flaen rhifau eiddo 148-152
- Heol Bedwas - Gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg ar ddau ben y l6n fynediad i eiddo 204-228
- Stryd Waunfach - Gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg ar y gyffordd rhwng Stryd Waunfach a Stryd Waun Ganol
- Parc Pontypandy - Gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg ar y ddwy ochr rhwng y cylchfan wrth dafarn Crossways a chylchfan McDonalds

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar y 19eg Ebrill 2018 neu 'n ddiweddarach, pan fydd yr arwyddion cysylltiedig yn eu lle.
Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 neu ar y sail bod unrhyw ofyniad o r Ddeddf honno a wnaed dan y ddeddf heb gydymffurfio a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny o fewn chwe wythnos o r dyddiad isod i r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

Morgan Jones Ward Prohibition And Restriction of Waiting Order 2018
NOTICE is hereby given that the Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police has made the above Order the effects of which will be to:
MORGAN JONES WARD
- Bedwas Road (Virginia Grove junction)
- extend prohibition of waiting at any time fronting property numbers 148 to 152
- Bedwas Road - Prohibit waiting at any time at both ends of the access lane to properties 204 to 228
- Waunfach Street - Prohibit waiting at any time at the junction of Waunfach Street and Waun Ganol Street
- Parc Pontypandy - Prohibit waiting at any time on both sides between the roundabout at the Crossways PH and the McDonalds roundabout

The Order shall come into operation 19th day of April 2018, or later, when the associated signs are in place.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any enactment made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
