HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (C1262 AND C1294, MUCH MARCLE)
(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make the above named order the effect of which will be as follows:
No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour along the following lengths of road C1262, Much Marcle from its junction with the C1294 to a point 180 metres north east of its junction with the C1301 and C1294, Much Marcle from its junction with A449 to a point 380 metres north west of its junction with the C1262.

A copy of the draft Order, with plan and Statement of Reasons can be viewed on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk in the Proposed Traffic Regulation Order section. They are also available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 OLE, Ross on Wye Customer Service Centre, Ross Library, Cantilupe Road, Ross on Wye. HR9 7AN and Ledbury Customer Service Centre, The Masters House, St Katherines, Ledbury. HR8 1EA. Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.
General enquiries relating to the proposal should be referred to the Traffic Management Team at ADL Traffic and Highways Engineering Ltd (Tel: 01454 332100).
Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Management Team, ADL Traffic and Highways Engineering Ltd, ADL House, Oaklands Business Park, Armstrong Way, Yate, Bristol BS37 5NA, or by email to amol@adltraffic.co.uk.
The deadline for the receipt ofobjections is 12:00 noon on Friday 4 May 2018. Representations of support will also be received during this time. Any representations received by the Council may be imparted to third parties.
