Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1127 Lyde Cross to Munstone, Munstone, Temporary Closure Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1127 Lyde Cross to Munstone Land at Lyde Cross OS Grid Ref: 351519 / 243230. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4103 onto the A49 onto Church Road onto the C1127 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the installation of a new water connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 25th April 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
