NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

We, Martin Ballam and Tara Ballam of Beechwood Cottage, Marshwood, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 5QJ hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make an application to West Dorset District Council for the licence to operate a proposed zoo at Lewell Nursery, Lewell Mill Lane, Lewell, Dorchester, DT2 8AN.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details of the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council at West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1UZ between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
