Any person wishing to make
representations must submit
them in writing to the Local
Authority clearly stating the
grounds for the representation
no later than by 11 May 2018.
It is an offence to knowingly
or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with
an application, the maximum
fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
