I/We, MOHAMAD ARIF NIAZY t/a SOUTHEND SQUARE PIZZA hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect 117 SUTTON ROAD SOUTHEND-ON-SEA SS2 5PB. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are FOR A LICENCE TO EXTEND THE SHOPS OPENING TIMES ON MONDAYS TO THURSDAYS, AND SUNDAYS FROM 11.30AM TO 01.00AM AND FRIDAYS TO SATURDAYS FROM 11.30AM TO 01.30AM. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by MONDAY, 07 MAY 2018. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays.
