Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council,
as highway authority, intend, under its relevant
powers, to make the following Order : C1304 From
A438 To C1304 Putley, Pixley, Temporary Road
Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use
by vehicles on the C1304 From A438 To C1304
Putley, Pixley, from The Sheepcote to Pixley
Berries Farm. Grid Ref: 364483 / 238359. The
alternative route for those affected by the proposal
is via the C1305 onto the U67402 onto the C1304
and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the safe
access for improvement works to the existing land
drainage works and the likelihood of danger to the
public while the works are taking place. The said
closure will come into force on 14th of May 2018
and remain in force for a maximum period of
18 months (unless extended with the consent of
the Secretary of State) but the works are expected
to be completed within 5 days. Any queries in
