PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: I, JOHN BEARMAN do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Hook Farm, Gore Lane, Uplyme, Devon, DT7 3UU and known as Hook Farm Campsite

The application is to: Obtain an off premises alcohol licence to allow us to sell alcohol from the campsite shop between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Sunday during our open season which is between 1st March and 31 st October Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth, EX10 8HL not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. www.eastdevon.gov.uk A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
