OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL -ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1), (2) & (7) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Prohibition of Parking -Oxford, Lime Walk, Headington

This Order continues in force a works notice introduced because of roadworks on the London Road which are anticipated to take until the 15 June 2018 complete. To enable the siting of a works compound, the effect of the order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle parking on Lime Walk (opposite Kwik Fit) for 60 metres from London Road on the east side. This will include suspending 20 meters of One Hour Parking Places (Mon-Sat 8am-5:30pm). Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for works vehicles. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.

The relevant part of The Oxfordshire County Council (Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2005 (as amended) will be suspended as traffic signs indicate. (Ref T5582/AC)
