NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING ACT 1990 S.257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL

THE MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH BF-529 (PART), PARISH OF BRANSFORD) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2018

The above order was made on 29th March 2018. The effect of the order will be to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath no. BF-529, Bransford, running from point A, Ordnance Survey "OS" OS grid reference SO 79708 52600, in a north-north easterly direction for 33 metres to point B, OS grid reference SO 79715 52633, the northern end of footpath BF-529, to a line running from point A, OS grid reference SO 79708 52600, in an easterly
direction for 2 metres to point C, OS grid reference SO 79710, 52600, then continuing on the footway in a northerly direction for 33 metres to point D, OS grid reference SO 79712, 52633, a point on the public highway, as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map and an explanatory statement may be seen free of charge at the The Library, Graham Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 2HH, between 9.00 am and 5.30pm on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and between 9.00am and 8.00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there at a price of £1. Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent in writing to: Planning Services Manager, Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3AF, or via e mail to planningapplicationcomments@malvernhills.gov.uk, not later than 14th May 2018. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Malvern Hills District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
