Notice of Decision to grant Planning Permission for Development of Worcester Southern Link Road Phase 4 (SLR4), including Dualling Of A4440 between Ketch and Powick roundabouts with foot and cycleway improvements, new road bridges alongside existing Powick Common Viaduct and Carrington Bridge and cycle / footbridge on land at Hams Way at Worcester Southern Link Road, A4440 Temeside Way, Worcester Worcestershire County Council hereby gives notice that on 5 April 2018 they granted planning permission for development of Worcester Southern Link Road Phase 4 (SLR4), including dualling of A4440 between Ketch andPowickroundaboutswith footandcycleway improvements, new road bridges alongside existing Powick Common Viaduct and Carrington Bridge and cycle/footbridge on land at Hams Way at Worcester Southern LinkRoad, A4440TemesideWay, Worcester, which is development requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment for the purposes of the above Regulations.

A statement by the Council containing the content of the decision to grant planning permission and the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based andinformation regarding the right to challenge the validity of the decision are available for inspection at the offices of Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during all reasonable hours until 17 May 2018.
