No one shall proceed at a speed of higher than 20 mph on the Lansbury Park Distributor Road in between its junctions with the Mornington Meadows access road and the Lansbury Park estate s access road

No one shall cause any vehicle to proceed along the following lengths of roads at the times specified below:

Lansbury Park Distributor Road except for in between its junctions with the Mornington Meadows access road and the Lansbury Park estate s access road

Van Road up to its junction with Cefn Carnau Lane, The Twyn, Castle Street,
White Street, Bartlett Street, Cardiff Road,
Clive Street and Ludlow Street (there will be an exemption for service buses on the southbound side of Castle Street from its Bedwas Road junction at the Piccadilly gyratory to its Brynnau Road junction)

Crescent Road, Caerphilly

Nantgarw Road between its junctions at the Piccadilly gyratory to its junction with Crescent Road

Access/Alternative Routes and Information: Access to o property will only be allowed by the emergency services. The A468, A469 and A470 can be used as alternative routes. Permits will be issued to the residents of the Heol Trecastell and Bryncenydd estates to allow access. Information can be obtained from Caerphilly County Borough Council, Communications Section - tel 01443 864264 / 077680 95924 during normal office hours
