Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1050 Hundred Lane, Middleton on the Hill, Temporary Closure Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1050 Hundred Lane outside Orchard House OS Grid Ref: 352232 / 263915. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1049 onto the A49 onto the C1050 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the safe access to disconnect an existing service and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 3rd May 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
