Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the B4234 Brookend Street, Ross-On-Wye, Temporary Parking Restriction Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit vehicles from parking from outside property number 23-27, B4234 Brookend Street, Ross-On-Wye.
The said restriction is required due to works being undertaken for the installation of a new electricity supply which is being carried out on or near the said road, and to allow traffic to continue to use the above road without restriction whist maintaining a safe working zone whilst the works are being carried out. The said restriction will come into force on the 30th April 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but is expected to be in place for 5 days.
