WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (A456 Kidderminster Road, Hagley) (Experimental Prohibition Of U-Turn) Order 2018

On 5 April 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order the effect of which will prohibit U-Turnson A456 Kidderminster Road, Hagley. No person travelling southbound shall perform a U-Turn manoeuvre at the Summervale Road/ Worcester Road junction. The Experimental Order will come into operation on 23 April 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of18 months.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant map, Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and any affected existing regulations may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent. If you wish to object/make representations about the Order being made permanent you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire. gov.uk by23 October 2018 specifying the grounds on which they are made together with an indication of whether you would wish to address the prohibition if given the opportunity.
