WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on West Avenue, Redditch] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:-West Avenue (south west side) from a point 15 metres south east of its junction with South Street for a distance of 93 metres in a south easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 16 May 2018.

Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Whitepits Lane, Portway from its junction with C2175 Seaford Lane to its junction with C2292 Alcester Road in order to facilitate carriagewayedgingworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2175 Seafield Lane, Brockhill Lane, C2292 Alcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 14 May 2018.
