Notice is given that STEIN'S TRADING LIMITED has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Premises name: RICK STEIN Address: 10 -14 BANKS ROAD, POOLE, BH13 7QB
The proposed variation is: The premises licence is to be varied to rename the premises Rick Stein. In addition the licence to be varied to permit alcohol to be sold at the premises byway of off sales as well as on sales. The other variation is to alter the internal layout of the premises to move the toilet facilities for customers to the basement after putting in a new staircase and to move the bar into the space created so as to allow space for 210 covers.Also to move the main entrance on the premises from the middle of the premises as they face Banks Road to the right handside of the frontage. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
