Regulation 22: Further information respecting an Environmental Statement I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. On 23 February 2017, Persimmon Homes Ltd made an application for planning permission (ref number: 17/01463/FUL) for A Comprehensive Development Comprising Demolition of the Existing Farm Buildings, Construction of 227 Residential Dwellings (Use Class C3), a New Vehicular Access, Public Open Space, Landscaping, Sustainable Urban Drainage and other Associated Infrastructure Works at Bugley Barton Farm, Land South of Victoria Road, Warminster The revised application is supported by an ES Addenda covering the following: Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, Noise Assessment, updated archaeological assessments, LVIA photomontages, bat and badger surveys, flood risk and land drainage assessment, as well as the production of a landscape masterplan, which inter alia, introduces strategic tree planting within the scheme. The revised application is also supported by a series of revised plan drawings and supporting statements. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 (Amendment No. 7) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2015 by revoking Map Schedule No ET24 dated 28 September 2015 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No ET24 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm on Brook Road - both sides - from a point 37 metres east of its junction with Acacia Crescent for a distance of 59 metres in a westerly direction. Deposit copies of the Order, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Trowbridge Library, Ground Floor, County Hall, Trowbridge during the hours of 8.30am to 7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am to 5pm Saturday until 14 May 2018. Section 16(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Various Temporary Traffic Restrictions: Corsham 10K Running Race and Fun Run
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all vehicular traffic: (a) Lacock Road (Part), Corsham; from its junction with B3353 Pound Pill to its junction with C157 Ladbrook Lane; and to implement temporary No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on B3353 Pickwick Road (Part), Corsham (eastbound side of carriageway only) at the following locations: (b) for a distance of approximately 35m between the junctions of Alexander Terrace and Paul Street (Numbers 43 - 45); (c) for a distance of approximately 50m between the junctions of Paul Street and Providence Lane (Numbers 51a - 55); (d) for a distance of approximately 15m between the junctions of Providence Lane and Beechfields Road (Numbers 57 - 63). These temporary traffic measures are required to safeguard members of the public and participants whilst enabling the Corsham 10K Running Race and Fun Run to take place. This Order will come into operation on Sunday 22 April 2018 with the exception of vehicles officially involved in the Race, vehicles being used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes, or the purpose of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, or with permission being given by a Police Constable in uniform. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Greenhill (Part), Corsham; from its junction with Upper Potley for a distance of approximately 100m in a south-easterly direction to enable Dave Lucey Ltd to undertake work to provide a sewer connection. Alternative route via Greenhill (unaffected length) - Moor Green - Westwells and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 4 June 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
