Notice is hereby given that further environmental information has been submitted to the Welsh Ministers for the Environmental Statement previously provided in relation to an application for a Development of National Significance (DNS).
Name of Applicant: Egnedol Wales Limited
Date the application was made to the Welsh Ministers: 22/12/2016
Address of the development: Blackbridge and Waterston near Milford Haven. The land comprising the development site was purchased from the Welsh Government in 2015, and comprises the former Royal Naval Armament Depot, land within the Dragon LNG & SEM Logistics site boundary and additional surrounding parcels of land.
Nature of the proposed development: Construction of a 49.9 MW Sustainable Energy facility utilising Biomass and Biomass recovered from WDF as feedstock. The feedstock will be broken down by a pyrolysis process into a synthetic gas and cleaned to a standard comparable to natural gas. The syn-gas will then be fed into gas engines to generate electricity for export to the National Grid. Low grade heat from the Energy Facility will be captured and used to promote the development of and reduce costs of operation of downstream industries. These will include aquaculture facilities comprising Fish and Prawn farms, algae production units, algae water treatment units, cheese production unit and greenhouses. Additional on-site facilities will include also include a packaging facility, Research and Development Facilities and a facility for the advanced conversion of carbon to aviation fuel.

obtained while stocks last. The further environmental information is available for inspection up to and including Friday 11 May 2018 at the following address: Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1TP.
Any person wishing to make representations, solely in relation to the further environmental information, should make them to the Planning Inspectorate, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (details below), by Friday 11 May 2018. All representations will be published to the Appeals Casework Portal website (link above) as and when they are received.

Natur y datblygiad arfaethedig: Adeiladu cyfleuster Ynni Cynaliadwy
49.9 MW a fydd yn defnyddio Biomas a Biomas a gafwyd o danwydd
sy’n deillio o wastraff fel deunydd crai. Bydd y deunydd crai yn cael ei
ddadelfennu trwy broses byrolysis i greu nwy synthetig ac yn cael ei
lanhau i safon debyg i nwy naturiol. Yna, bydd y nwy synthetig yn cael
ei fwydo i beiriannau nwy i gynhyrchu trydan i’w allforio i’r Grid
Cenedlaethol. Bydd gwres gwastraff o’r Cyfleuster Ynni yn cael ei ddal
a’i ddefnyddio i hybu datblygiad diwydiannau ymhellach i lawr y
gadwyn a lleihau eu costau gweithredu. Bydd y rhain yn cynnwys
cyfleusterau dyframaethu megis ffermydd Pysgod a Chorgimychiaid,
unedau cynhyrchu algâu, unedau trin d r ag algâu, uned cynhyrchu
caws a thai gwydr. Bydd cyfleusterau ychwanegol ar y safle yn cynnwys
cyfleuster pecynnu, Cyfleusterau Ymchwil a Datblygu a chyfleuster ar
gyfer uwch-drawsnewid carbon yn danwydd awyrennau.
