LICENSING ACT APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
We Mersea Island Watersports Ltd of 110 Coast Road, CO58NA, hereby give notice that we have applied for/ a Premises Licence in respect of the sale of Alcohol as follows:-To sell Alcohol between the hours of 12.00 and 23.00 every day throughout the summer season (May- September). This is to be sold and consumed on site during our social evenings and events. During low season (October - April) alcohol will not be sold from Monday to Thursday. No other changes are applied for other than those listed above. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Specialist Unit, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG, or by emailing licensingteam@colchester.gov.uk by not later than 15th May 2018.
