Notice is given that New Forest Hotels pic have made a Section 34 application to vary a premises licence;

At: Bartley Lodge Hotel Lyndhurst Road Cadnam

Hampshire S040 2NR

For the following licensable activities:

To extend the playing of live music indoors from 12.00 to 24.00

To extend the playing of recorded music indoors from 07.00 to 24.00

To provide the provisions for late night refreshments and supply of alcohol to residents and their bonafide guests 24 hours a day.

To remove the opening hours off the licence as the hotel is open 24/7

Any person wishing to make representation in accordance with the licensing objectives should write to; New Forest District Council, Licensing Services, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, S0437PA, within 28 days of this notice (before 24th April 2018).

Any person who knowingly makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5000.
