PUBLISHED UNDER REGULATION 7 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 PROPOSED NEWBUILD AFFORDABLE AND PRIVATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT BARSKIMMING ROAD, MAUCHLINE, KA5 5DU FOR CCG AND CUNNINGHAME HOUSING ASSOCIATION

CCG and Cunnighame Housing Association hereby gives notice of Pre Application Consultation in advance of the submission of a Planning Application to East Ayrshire Council for a proposed newbuild affordable and private housing development of around ninety-two newbuild homes, in a mix of approximately seventy-two affordable properties and around twenty properties for sale, comprising two storey general needs properties together with wheelchair bungalows at land between Barskimming Road and Station Road of Corrie Mains Farm and Grassmilles Holdings, Mauchline, KA5 5DU

A public exhibition is to be held at: 'The Centre Stane' 2 The Cross, Mauchline on Wednesday 18th April 2018, from 14.30 hrs to 18.30 hrs

CCG and Cunnighame Housing Association welcome comments on the proposals and these can be submitted at the exhibition or in writing to the above address no later than Wednesday 25th April 2018.

Persons submitting comments in response to this consultation are
advised that comments submitted at this time are not representations to East Ayrshire Council. In the event that CCG and Cunnighame Housing Association submit a formal Planning Application then there would be an opportunity to submit
representations to East Ayrshire Council at that time
