Notice is hereby given that, we,
Lidl UK GmbH have made an
application under Section 17 of Part
3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
Durham County Council for a
Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH,
Delves Lane Consett DH8 7ES
for sale of alcohol by retail for
consumption off the premises during
the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to
Sunday. A record of this application
may be inspected at the Council’s
offices at Annand House John Street
North Meadowfield Durham DH7
8RS by appointment, on weekdays
between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

offence knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection
