APPLICATION FOR OUTER HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT
(PHASE 2), BRIGHTON MARINA

Notice is hereby given that Brighton Marina Company Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence and under the Brighton Marina Act 1968 for a Board of Trade Consent, to undertake Phase 2 of the development of the Outer Harbour in Brighton Marina. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Jubilee Library, Brighton.

Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH,
or alternatively emailed to
marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk
within 28 days of (2), quoting reference - MLA/2015/00349.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
