Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence.
Notice is hereby given that Exhibit Bars Ltd has applied to London Borough of Lambeth to vary the premises licence in respect of the following premises: Exhibit B, 5 Streatham High Road, London SW16 1EF as follows: Variation to the times that existing licensable activities can be carried out on Friday and Saturday nights from 01.00 to 02.00. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 17 April 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to: London Borough of Lambeth, Community Safety (Licensing), PO Box 734, Winchester S023 5DG. The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours by an appointment at the offices of London Borough of Lambeth, Community Safety (Licensing), 3rd Floor Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1 EG or via the licensing authority's website at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with a licensing application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
