NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Kirkbymoorside Football Club. Kirkbymoorside Recreation Club, The Sportsfield, New Road, Kirkbymoorside, YO62 6DY. Application has been made on the 9th April 2018 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1) The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) and the provision of regulated entertainment each day between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00, live music until 21:00. At Pre-arranged events/functions until 00:00 for the sale of alcohol, recorded music and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music and performance of dance, live music until 23:00 hours. 2) The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00. At pre-arranged events/functions until 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 7th of May 2018). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
