NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Anthony Stockdale, The Vale of Pickering Caravan, YO18 7PQ. Application has been made on the 9th April 2018 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To vary the licensing plan to reflect changes to the layout of the premises as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority ie to add the cafe extenstion to the premises licence. 2) To alter the hours for the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) to daily between the hours of 08.00 and 22.00. 3) The premises to be open to the public daily between the hours of 08.00 and 22.30. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 7th of May 2018). It is an offence to knowlingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
