FATAL ACCIDENTS AND SUDDEN DEATH INQUIRY (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976

UNDER THE FATAL ACCIDENTS AND SUDDEN DEATHS INQUIRY (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976.
The Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife will hold a preliminary hearing on 3rd November 2015 at 11.00am and Inquiry on 18th and 24th November 2015, both at 10.00am, within Alloa Sheriff Court, 47 Drysdale Street, Alloa, into the circumstances of the death of DEREK ADAM, who died on 15th September 2013 within Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert, and who was in legal custody at Her Majesty's Prison Glenochil, Tullibody, Clackmannanshire at the time of his death.
