Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire
Council, as highway authority, intend, under its
relevant powers, to make the C1213 Shepherds Hill To Great Walk Mill Farm, Dulas Temporary
Closure Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the
use by vehicles from the junction of the U74213
for approximately 280m south OS Grid Ref:
336180 / 230171. The alternative route for those
affected by the proposal is via the B4327 onto
the A465 onto Pandy Road onto the Oldcastle to
Longtown road onto the C1205 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation
of a data logger and the likelihood of danger to
the public while the works are taking place. The
said closure will come into force on 2nd May
2018 and may remain in force for a maximum
period of 18 months, (unless extended with the
consent of the Secretary of State), but the works
are expected to be completed within 3 days.
