MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 PART 4: MARINE LICENSING
APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE TO UNDERTAKE GEOPHYSICAL, GEOTECHNICAL AND
ENVIRONMENTAL MARINE SURVEYS OF THE PROPOSED GREENLINK CABLE ROUTE.
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and
Coastal Access Act 2009 that Greenlink Interconnector has applied to Natural Resources Wales,
acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence to undertake geophysical,
geotechnical and environmental marine surveys of the proposed Greenlink cable route.
The application and plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Pembroke
Library, Commons Road, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, SA71 4EA.
Alternatively, copies of the application can be obtained from the Cardiff Permitting Service,
Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road, Cambria House, Cardiff, CF24 0TP.

Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, will pass to the applicant a
