Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: Mrs Susan McGowan. Premises: Newsham Grange Farm Bed and Breakfast, Newsham, Thirsk, YO7 4DF. Proposed Licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol to resident’s everyday between 11.00 and 23.00. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 19th October 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
