STREET Like for like repair of existing plaster
to parapet wall and facade of building to be
repaired with breathable lime mortar. Patch
repair all cracks, decorations to all windows,
cornice, doors and full facade keeping original
colour. Repair timber lath on existing stud
work to parapet, using traditional lath like for
like. Rake out and repair existing cracks and
holes to existing render (external), remove
flaking paint to walls and fill and redecorate,
remove light fitting and install fuse spur and
reinstate existing fitting.
