NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an
application has been made by Majestic Bingo Limited in respect of premises
known as Majestic Bingo Hall located
at Derwent Close, Worcester, WR4 9TY to Worcester City Council on
26 March 2018 for the Variation of a
Premises Licence. The proposed
variation is: 1. To permit the supply of
alcohol and regulated entertainment
from 11:00 to 00:00 on Mondays to
Sundays.2. The provision of late night
refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00
on Mondays to Sundays. Full details of
the variation are contained within
the application form held by the
Worcester City Council at Licensing
Section, The Guildhall, High Street,
Worcester, WR1 2EZ where the
licensing register can be inspected
during the Authority’s normal
opening hours. Any representations by
a responsible authority or other
person regarding the above-mentioned
application must be made in writing to
The Licensing Authority at the above
address no later than 23 April 2018,
stating the grounds upon which the
representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. The
maximum financial penalty on summary
conviction is unlimited.
