Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Joseph Oswald Pritchard of 24 Llwynon Crescent Oakdale Blackwood NP12 0ND deceased retired clerk who was born on 25th of April 1934 and who died on the 21st of August 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim of interest to the Administrator's Solicitors Michael Leighton Jones of 53 Hanbury Road Bargoed CF81 8XD and send such particulars no later than two months and one day after the appearance of this Notice after which date the Administrator will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereof having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had Notice.
