We Nutball Ltd, hereby make application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Foundry, 151, Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff on Sea. SS0 7EW The proposed variation is To remove the following conditions from the Licence Annex 2 (12) and Annex 3 (4) To enable the premises Licence holder to remove the drugs box from the premises. To submit a new plan of the premises. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the licensing authority Southend on Sea B C. All such representations shall be in writing by 12th April 2018. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea B C, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS2 6ZG, or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application and the statutory register of the licensing authority may be inspected at the council's address given above between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or on the council's website: www.southend.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
