PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING APPLICATION LICENSING ACT 2003
BaxterStorey Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence in respect of The Lodge, Myddelton Farm, Bulls Cross, Enfield, EN2 9HE. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol by retail Monday to Sunday, at any time and provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 until 05.00 each day to residents and their bona-fide guests. THE GENERAL PUBLIC SHALL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE PREMISES.
The public register where applications are available may be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/ servlces/buslness-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk. Any person may make a representation in writing relating to this application stating the grounds, to be received no later than April 16th, 2018 addressed to The Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street Enfield, EN1 3XH or by email to licensing@enfield.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
