I Mr Ylli Bokdu have applied to WALTHAM FOREST COUNCIL for a premises licence at the premises: 279 High Road, London E10 5QN in order that the following llcensable activities can take place on or from the premises: Supply of Alcohol Sunday to Wednesday 09:00 to 23:30, Thursday to Saturday 09:00 until 00:00; Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:30.
Waltham Forest Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Magistrates Building, 1 Farnan Avenue, London E17 4NX where details of the application may be inspected. The office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm. Any representations against the application must be made In writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the Friday 6th April 2018. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises or bodies representing such residents or businesses may make representations. The grounds on which representations may be made are restricted to the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Representations cannot be made after the provisional statement has been issued. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
