THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that The Hop Knocker Limited has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 32 MARSHALL TERRACE GILESGATE DURHAM DH1 2HX For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) Monday to Thursday inclusive 12.00 – 19.30 hours. Fridays & Saturdays 12.00 – 20.30 hours, Sundays 12.00 – 15.30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
