Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council,
known as Herefordshire Council, made the
HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH
BX38, BURGHILL (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER
2017 temporarily closing the said footpath from
OS Grid Reference SO 4891, 4457 to SO 4887, 4443.
The closure is required while Dwr Cymru Welsh Water
carry out work. There is no alternative route.

The Order continues in force from 25 March 2018 for
a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended
by the Secretary of State) or until any said works
have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or
until determined by Herefordshire Council.
