Public Notice – Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to the
Licensing Authority for Swindon for the
grant of a Premises Licence by Christ Church with St Mary’s Parochial Church Council in respect of Christ Church, the
Community Centre @ Christ Church and the
church yard
The application seeks the following
licensable activities and times:
Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting events, Live
Music, Recorded Music and Performances of
dance – All between the hours of 09:00-23:00
Supply of alcohol for a maximum of 20
events per calendar year – Between the
hours of 12:00-23:00
The full application may be inspected at the
Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon
Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5,
Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH
between the hours of 09.00 hours and
16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other
persons (e.g. people/businesses living
or working within the vicinity), can make
representations at any time between
Wednesday 28th March and Tuesday 24th
April. All representations must be made
in writing [including e mail or fax], to the
Licensing Manager, at the above address or
by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with
an application, for which a person is liable
on summary conviction to a maximum fine
of £5,000.
